This interdisciplinary research project supported by the HES SO funds, bringing together historians and practitioners of the discipline, is part of this process. Divided into two phases, it aims to provide new information about the history of graphic design in French-speaking Western Switzerland over the last fifty years (1964-2014) and to showcase the graphic design work produced in this region by setting up a historical database (phase 1) and by organizing events (phase 2). This project was presented at the Symposium untitled Mapping graphic design history organized by The Bern University of the Arts (February, 2014).
